Job Descriptions:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for CRM system implementation
- Customize and configure the CRM system to meet client-specific needs.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot any issues or bugs
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the CRM software with other business systems
- Assist in data migration and system upgrades
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Cloud solution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Information Systems / Computer Science / IT / Business / Accounting or equivalent
- Knowledge in CRM / ERP / BI / reporting solutions such as: Dynamics 365 CRM, Finance & Operation, Business Central, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle NetSuite and Epicor will be an advantage
- Familiar with Salesforce Automation, Loyalty, Service Management knowledge is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good at handling customer enquiry with good sense of business acumen and teamwork mindset
- Eager to learn new products and solutions
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Fresh Grad and Less experience will be considered as Associate Consultant
