Our client is international outdoor fashion brand, they are now looking for a high caliber to lead the Ecommerce team in Hong Kong.

• Manage and oversee the operations and sales performance of the Ecommerce platforms in Hong Kong and Macau

• Responsible for the P&L of Ecommerce business, formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and boost the sales growth

• Work with internal parties including Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, Logistics, IT and Finance for the launch of e-commerce business

• Implement digital growth strategy (SEO, SEM, CRM and content optimization) to optimize the sales potential

• Utilize web analytics tools to provide timely review of all promotional activities, provide recommendation and action plan for improvement

• Initiate and lead projects to enhance online traffic and customer journey

• Consolidate and prepare periodically sales reports and analysis, marketing KPI and promotions effectiveness, etc., obtain business insights and propose action plans to Management

• Revamp the global Ecommerce website with additional enhancement on UI/UX to drive organic growth

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in E-commerce or related disciplines

• Over 5 years relevant experience in Ecommerce, from retail industry is an advantage

• Excellent understanding of salesforce, 91app and GA

• Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies and project management skills

• Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
