Job Title: Early Childhood Instructor (0-3 year old early childhood educator)

Job Responsibilities:

• Based on the BBology professional course framework, write and implement age-appropriate and developmentally supportive teaching plans;

• Prepare teaching materials, teaching aids and related supplies according to classroom needs, ensuring that teaching resources are sufficient and meet health and safety standards;

• Observe and record children’s development in the classroom, actively communicate with parents, and provide specific and practical home extension advice;

• Assist in the daily teaching operations of the center, including classroom scheduling, document processing, parent communication, and simple administrative support work.

Requirements:

• Hold a Hong Kong recognized early childhood education qualification, such as: Registered Early Childhood Educator (CE), Qualified Early Childhood Educator (QKT), Playgroup Instructor Certificate, Early Childhood Education Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree, etc.;

• Have 3 to 5 years of practical teaching experience in playgroups, kindergartens, early education institutions or related fields, those with 0 to 3 years of service experience are preferred;

• Have a high sense of responsibility, patience, empathy, and good emotional management skills;

• Happy to continue learning, willing to participate in internal training and professional further study;

• Team-oriented, able to collaborate with colleagues to build a supportive work culture;

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong or hold a valid "Hong Kong Quality Talent Entry Plan" (QTEP) visa.
