Job Title: Infrastructure Systems Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and on-site IT maintenance support to end users for FIMS and IMS systems, covering system deployment, daily monitoring, fault diagnosis and recovery, etc. throughout the entire life cycle support;

• Responsible for the daily maintenance of FIMS and IMS systems, database management (including Oracle and MSSQL), performance tuning, version upgrades, and secure compliance configuration;

• Perform preventive maintenance, hardware/software failure repair, system test validation, IT security audit, and write standardization operation and maintenance files (such as SOP, fault analysis report, change record);

• Based on enterprise-level monitoring platforms such as NETIQ, NNMI, and SiteScope, implement sub-system health checks, real-time alarm processing, performance trend analysis, and change management to ensure continuous and stable services;

• Manage the local infrastructure environment, including physical servers, SAN/NAS storage systems (including RAID planning and I/O optimization), VMware vSphere virtualization platform, and support business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) exercises;

• Plan and execute backup strategies, and be familiar with using Veeam, Backup Exec or equivalent tools for data protection, restore verification and backup capacity management;

• Monitor the overall running state and key performance indicators (KPI) of FIMS and IMS, regularly produce maintenance analysis reports, proactively identify risk points and propose systemic improvement suggestions;

Work requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related engineering fields, with graduation schools ranked in the top 800 of the QS World University Rankings;

• Familiar with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server in enterprise environments for installation configuration, backup and restore, query optimization, and high availability architecture;

• Have deployment, rule setting, alarm integration, and event analysis practical experience with mainstream monitoring tools such as NETIQ, NNMI, and SiteScope;

• Having Veeam, Backup Exec or equivalent backup solution, and having participated in BCP/DR solution design or live drill;

• Have good IT service management awareness, be able to strictly follow ITIL or other standardization processes, ensure SLA achievement rate and service quality;

• Hong Kong permanent residents; also accept applications from those holding a "high-end talent pass", "outstanding talent entry program", "non-local graduate retention/hire arrangement (IANG)", "dependent entry visa", or other valid work permit;

• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with fluent oral communication skills and professional technical document writing ability;

• Have a high sense of responsibility, team spirit and self-motivation, and be able to adapt to necessary shift support (including non-working hours emergency response).
