Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize books related activities for children

• Manage events and registration with schools and customers

• Oversee the procurement and purchasing process for books

• Follow up on school orders and handle customers’ enquiries

• Assist with social media promotion and sales activities

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder with at least 2 years’ relevant experience

• Experience in teaching, developing curriculum or workshops are preferable

• Solid knowledge of children’s picture books and a love for reading

• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Presentable, strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to details, well organized and good time management

• Proficiency inMSExcel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
