Education Counselor

Timeswell is seeking an experienced Education Counselor to support students and families in planning their educational journey. This role involves reviewing academic progress, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring students receive the right support to achieve success.

Responsibilities

• Review student progress and develop tailored academic pathways.
• Collaborate with tutors, teachers, parents, and support staff to align support strategies.
• Assess learning needs and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Compare Hong Kong curricula (primary to junior secondary) with international standards to identify gaps.
• Monitor progress, adjust learning plans, and provide regular updates to families.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in education consulting, advising, teaching, or academic support.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong curricula and familiarity with international benchmarks.
• Strong communication, organisational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with young learners of diverse personalities.
