Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional education strategy consulting services to local and international educational institutions, training centers, corporate human resources development departments, etc. , covering curriculum planning, teaching mode optimization, educational technology application, teacher professional development, etc. ;

• In-depth analysis of Hong Kong and Greater China's education policy trends, market demand changes and industry competition landscape, and writing a forward-looking market insight report;

• Based on the customer's actual business goals, conduct business analysis and demand diagnosis, design and customize solution and write project proposal;

• Establish and continuously deepen long-term customer relationships, proactively explore and seize extended cooperation opportunities, and enhance customer satisfaction and renewal rates;

• Integrate data and practical cases, compile professional analysis reports, slide data and internal decision support documents;

• Support the management team in promoting cross-departmental collaboration, and implement the company's strategic development direction in education consulting services.

• Hold a bachelor's degree, advanced diploma or above, education, business management, marketing, social sciences or related fields are preferred;

• Have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in education services, management consulting, market research, corporate training or educational technology;

• Have excellent logical thinking and structured analysis skills, be able to handle complex problems independently and propose feasible strategies;

• Excellent writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, Cantonese as the daily communication language, and fluent Mandarin;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel data analysis, PowerPoint presentation creation, Word report writing);

• Have good customer-oriented awareness, team spirit and multi-task handling ability;

• Holding a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or meeting the eligibility criteria for the Talent Inflow Program (TTPS), Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS), Specialist/ IANG/ Dependent visa, etc., for legal employment in Hong Kong.
