Job Overview

Join our team as a Solar O&M Technician, where you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe, stable, and efficient operation of photovoltaic (PV) power plants. This role involves hands-on work in outdoor environments and requires strict adherence to safety protocols.

1.Equipment Monitoring & Inspection: Monitor the operational status of PV plants . Conduct regular on-site inspections of key equipment like solar panels and inverters.

2.Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including panel cleaning and equipment dust removal. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures promptly, strictly following safety procedures such as Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) .

3.Documentation: Accurately complete and maintain operational logs, maintenance reports, and other necessary documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

1.Have work authorization in the U.S. and do not require visa spon

2.Experience & Skills: Experience in PV power plant O&M is required. Familiarity with PV systems, common equipment, and key standards like the NEC and NFPA 70E is essential. Must be able to work outdoors and hold a valid driver's license.

3.Language: Fluent in English, with the ability to perform technical communication and write reports effectively.
