Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving business growth in the Chinese mainland market for terminal blocks, connectors, DIN-rail, and wire ducts, with a focus on expanding B2B customers in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, Jiangsu and Shanghai.
- Independently manage sales channels, develop and sign up domestic distributors, OEM manufacturers and distribution box manufacturers, complete sales targets and continuously expand market coverage.
- Plan and execute live displays, product short videos, and KOL collaboration projects on Douyin and Xiaohongshu platforms to enhance brand exposure and potential customer conversion.
- Self-shooting and editing 15 to 60 seconds of short video content (using CapCut or Premiere), including product unboxing, installation instructions, user testimonials, etc., to strengthen industrial buyer decision support.
- Execute A/B testing, monitor GMV and return on investment (ROI), and submit performance and marketing effectiveness reports in Mandarin every week.
- Support offline trade fairs such as the Canton Fair and Electronica China, responsible for on-site live streaming, QR code scanning for customers and real-time customer interaction.
Work requirements
- Native language is Mandarin, with fluent English communication skills (writing and speaking), those who understand Cantonese are given priority.
- Have social media growth credentials, provide past work collection, including product demonstration videos, short video editing, subtitle creation, and clear call-to-action (CTA) design.
- Able to adapt to a 30% to 50% travel frequency within China, holding a valid Chinese travel permit (such as a Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permit or other applicable visa).
- Familiar with industrial B2B sales process, those with electrical components or industrial spare parts related industry experience are preferred.
- Have basic skills in graphic design and digital marketing tools, and be able to quickly master the operation of various social platform backends and data analysis.
