Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing Wi-Fi Modem and router replacement and upgrade engineering for Hong Kong's major supermarkets and chain convenience stores, ensuring that network devices meet the latest technical standards and business needs

• Install and calibrate wireless access points (Access Points), optimize Wi-Fi coverage and signal stability within the store

• Perform on-site wiring, crossover and routing configuration, including Ethernet cable installation, port labeling, and basic network testing

• Upon completion of each project, thoroughly restore the site environment, including organizing tools, cleaning construction traces, restoring equipment placement and cleaning the work area

• Have basic computer operating skills, be able to understand simple English technical files (such as equipment labels, setup interface prompts), and be able to communicate with colleagues and customers in Cantonese and Mandarin

• At least three days per week (Monday to Saturday), able to accommodate the mid to late April to August project schedule and flexible shift choices

• Responsibility and attention to detail, able to independently complete on-site installation and restoration procedures, and follow safety construction regulations
