Requirements: Four years or more experience

Job Title: Engineer

• Responsible for the construction operation, daily maintenance and preventive maintenance of residential buildings, covering the fields of architectural surveying and mapping, building equipment, electrical engineering and mechanical systems, etc.

• Coordinate and follow up on various maintenance engineering projects, including reviewing technical solutions, inviting qualified contractors to submit quotations, evaluating tender documents, and supervising construction quality and progress.

• Regularly inspect property facilities, identify potential risks and equipment aging issues, and propose improvement suggestions and long-term maintenance plans.

• Holding a higher diploma or associate degree in electrical engineering/mechanical engineering/building equipment related fields.

• Have 3 to 5 years of full-time experience in residential property management or building facilities maintenance, familiar with the operation and maintenance process of building public facilities (elevators, pumps, fire systems, power supply network, etc.).

• Proficient in writing and communicating in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, able to independently write engineering documents, bidding documents, and external liaison letters.

• Have basic computer skills, familiar with the Microsoft Office suite.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, able to start work immediately, and able to accommodate the long and short week work schedule (rotating Saturday half-day return, regular days off), with daily working hours from 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm.
