Role Nature:

This position is essentially a senior operational role supporting the management team in overseeing all aspects of a consumer electronics factory operations . It combines production planning, engineering, process improvement, and quality control with leadership responsibilities to ensure efficient, safe, and high‑quality output.

Team Context:

• Works closely with production, engineering, and quality teams

• Direct involvement in day‑to‑day operations and long‑term process improvements

Responsibilities:

• Support management in overseeing factory operations including production planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring

• Drive process improvement, engineering support, and assembly line optimization

• Ensure quality control, resource allocation, and cost management across departments

• Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma practices where applicable

• Lead teams to maintain safe, efficient, and high‑quality production standards

Candidate Profile:

• Degree or above in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines

• At least 10 years of relevant experience, with 5 years in managerial positions within manufacturing

• Solid manufacturing background in electrical products, with comprehensive knowledge of production processes and factory operations

• Proven experience in production setup and assembly line operations

• Exposure to lean manufacturing and Six Sigma preferred

• Strong problem‑solving and team management skills; detail‑oriented and highly quality‑conscious

• Good command of English and Chinese
