The Role:

• Handle inbound calls and emails from clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Resolve complaints and complex issues efficiently and effectively.
• Provide accurate information on various employee benefits, including health, dental, and life insurance plans.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients.

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the insurance, healthcare, or employee benefits sector.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and healthcare plans.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• A patient and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to manage a high-volume workload and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
