Customer Service (Part-time / Full-time) - Helper Employment Center
Location: Tai Wai / Ma On Shan
Join our Helper Employment Agency in Client Success & Operations with direct reporting to our Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for students and graduates to gain hands-on working experience. We’re seeking a highly driven, proactive fast learner with a strong customer-first mindset to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Match suitable foreign domestic helpers to client needs; conduct interviews in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Answer questions about hiring process, employment best practices, and Hong Kong labour, immigration and consulate requirements
- Handle daily branch operations, document processing, client communications and servicing
Requirements
- Language (spoken/written/typing): Native Cantonese; Conversational English, Conversational Mandarin or above
- Skills: Excellent communication and consultative skills; organized and detail-oriented. Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative. Creative thinking and ability to work independently.
- Ability to utilize AI in your workflows
- Mindset: Driven, proactive, can-do attitude, determined; quick learner
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the company, Hong Kong helper employment process and labour regulations is preferred; will be assessed during interview
- Experience: Sales experience preferred; experience in helper employment industry is a plus
