Join our Helper Employment Agency in Marketing & Social Media (Part Time / Full Time) with direct reporting to our Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for students and graduates to gain hands-on working experience. We’re seeking a highly driven, proactive fast learner with a strong customer-first mindset to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of social media content creation and marketing strategy across multiple platforms including our website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu
• Develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience
• Monitor social media performance, leads, and engagement metrics
• Support various business functions as part of your learning experience

Learning Opportunities: Your primary role is to have full ownership of our social media presence and marketing initiatives. This internship also offers exposure to a comprehensive range of business skills including customer relations, operations, sales, business development, market research, data analysis, administrative tasks, and coordination. You'll gain valuable experience to understand which areas of the business you want to develop your skills in further.

Requirements

• Language (spoken/written/typing): Native Cantonese; Conversational English, Conversational Mandarin or above
• Skills: Excellent communication skills; organized and detail-oriented. Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative. Creative thinking and ability to work independently.
• Ability to utilize AI in your workflows
• Mindset: Driven, proactive, can-do attitude, determined; quick learner
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the company, Hong Kong helper employment process and labour regulations is preferred; will be assessed during interview
