Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for property daily maintenance and repair work, covering the central air conditioning system, mechanical and electrical equipment, water and electricity facilities, wood furniture decoration and painting engineering, etc.

• Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to execute regular preventive maintenance plans, including inspections, cleaning, lubrication, calibration, and simple part replacements.

• Holding a certificate of intermediate craft testing issued by the Construction Industry Council; or having at least two years of practical work experience in related fields such as central air conditioning, electromechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting or building maintenance.

• Pass the technical ability evaluation test arranged by the company to confirm that the practical operation level meets the position requirements.

• Familiar with basic mechanical, electrical and piping system principles, and able to independently judge fault causes and execute effective repairs.

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, clearly understand work instructions and effectively communicate with colleagues and residents; able to speak Mandarin or English is an added bonus.

• Accept shift work arrangements (including day shifts, night shifts, and holiday rotations), wear the company's designated uniform, and have good service awareness and team spirit.

• Monthly salary range is from HKD$19,000 to $22,000, depending on experience and technical skills.
