Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver cutting-edge RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions, focusing on automation of business processes across enterprise-level applications. Lead on-site POC testing, process development, and provide continuous post-delivery support and optimization.
2. Prepare comprehensive project delivery documentation (including process flows, technical designs, and operational guidelines) in alignment with company’s delivery management frameworks and best practices.
3. Drive continuous product innovation by analyzing customer use cases, identifying business value, and providing actionable feedback for product enhancements.
4. Translate customer requirements into technical deliverables, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes, while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that align with business objectives.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in RPA development or software project delivery.
2. Strong foundation in Python and experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is highly desirable.
3. Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-grade automation solutions, particularly in the FinTech, AI, or Enterprise Automation sectors.
4. Solid experience in database management, with proficiency in SQL and knowledge of at least one mainstream database (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
5. Experience with Linux/Unix/Windows environments, with the ability to navigate systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.
7. Ability to think strategically, with a focus on delivering business value through automation.
