Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Medical Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies that support business growth.

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) through professional detailing and engagement activities.

• Deliver product presentations and value-added offerings to doctors, nurses, and other medical stakeholders.

• Plan, coordinate, and participate in medical and nutritional conferences, seminars, and professional meetings.

• Support and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing and CRM teams.

• Monitor and reportmarket intelligence, including competitor activities, customer insights, and emerging trends.

• Ensure timely follow-up with HCPs, maintaining accurate records of interactions and providing after-service support.

• Achieve business objectives and consistently meet pre-set performance targets.

Requirements

• University degree in Nutrition, Science or related disciplines.

• 3 years of experience in nutrition, health supplement, or pharmaceutical-related roles, with proven ability to engage medical professionals.

• Strong business acumen with sensitivity to market changes and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse medical professionals.

• Solution-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight timelines.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing; advanced Excel skills are an advantage.

• Willingness to travel and spend significant time engaging with medical professionals across different locations.
