[Job Responsibilities]

1. Develop the company's and property projects' environmental and sustainable development strategies

2. Promote energy conservation and emission reduction measures, monitor energy consumption data

3. Plan and execute environmental protection activities to enhance residents’ environmental awareness

4. Follow up on green building certification and environmental protection award applications

5. Prepare a sustainable development report and report progress to management

6. Evaluate and introduce energy-saving equipment and environmental protection technology solutions

7. Interface with government environmental protection departments, follow up on relevant regulations

8. Manage waste classification and recycling plan

[Job Requirements]

1. Hold a bachelor's degree or above in environmental science, energy management or related fields

2. Have 3 years or more of environmental management or sustainable development-related experience

3. Familiar with green building standards (such as BEAM Plus) and environmental regulations

4. Have data analysis skills, familiar with energy audit processes

5. Have project push ability and cross-department collaboration experience

6. Understand carbon emissions calculation and carbon neutrality strategy

7. Hold environmental management related professional certification

8. Have good document processing and report writing skills
