Job Description
- Participate in the preparation and execution of employee training activities, including site coordination, material preparation, sign-in management, and subsequent feedback collection;
- Assist in maintaining the Personnel Information System (HRIS) and internal human resources database, ensuring that employee basic information is accurate and up-to-date;
- Support departments in completing daily administrative support tasks, such as meeting scheduling, document processing, internal communication and coordination, and cross-departmental simple project collaboration.
- Have a college degree or above, human resources, business management, social sciences or related disciplines are preferred;
- Have a basic understanding of human resources operations, welcome fresh graduates or newcomers with no direct work experience, and attach importance to learning attitude and sense of responsibility;
- Have good reading and writing skills in Chinese and English, and be able to write general internal emails, notifications and basic reports independently;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook), with basic data processing and file formatting capabilities;
- Careful and proactive personality, good communication skills and team spirit, able to complete assigned tasks independently under guidance.
