Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for ERP solutions;

- Design, configure, and implement ERP solutions to meet client needs;

- Provide training and support to clients on the use of ERP systems;

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP deployments;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and development, to ensure seamless delivery of ERP projects;

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in ERP technologies and best practices;

Experience and Background:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise software consulting, with a focus on ERP solutions;

- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation processes;

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve client issues;

- Proficient in business process analysis, software configuration, and user training;

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams;

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;

- Fluency in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin language skills preferred;
