The Role:

As a Event Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the planning, coordination, and execution of innovative creative and experiential projects for luxury and lifestyle clients across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and APAC. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced event management professional looking to take on greater responsibility in a fast-paced environment. You’ll oversee end-to-end project execution, from concept to completion, while assisting in developing compelling pitches and immersive experiential ideas that align with client objectives. Your expertise in tracking progress, timelines, and budgets will ensure seamless execution, while managing vendor communications and coordinating logistics for flawless delivery. You’ll document key milestones, deliverables, and risks to ensure proactive resolution and provide insightful updates through reports and presentations. With a keen eye for detail, you’ll maintain precise project documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards while driving excellence in execution.

The Person:

• 4-6 years of experience in event management

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

• Excellent English and Cantonese communication, Mandarin a plus

• Proficient in project management tools, budget tracking, and timeline management

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and works independently

• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and teams
