Detailed job responsibilities:
1. Design and implement annual business plans, revenue targets, budget targets, team structure, and key KPIs.
2. Coordinate securities brokerage, investment consulting, asset management, wealth management, family office services and RWA product business.
3. Drive growth in institutional clients, family office clients, high net worth clients, fund clients, and Web3 institutional clients.
4. Build RO, sales, investment research, compliance, operations, finance, risk control, IT and product teams.
5. Represent the company in regulatory communication, major business negotiations, strategic cooperation, brand activities and core customer maintenance.
6. Responsible for the company's operating results, compliance culture, team efficiency, and long-term business security.
Requirements:
1. More than 10 years of financial institution management experience, familiar with securities firms, asset management, wealth management, funds or capital markets.
2. Have institutional clients, high net worth clients, family offices or capital market resources.
3. Have experience in building teams, setting KPIs, managing P&L, and driving business from 0 to 1.
4. Able to balance business growth, regulatory boundaries, risk control, and corporate governance.

5. Represent the company in regulatory communications, major negotiations, strategic partnerships, brand events and key client relationships.
6. Take responsibility for business results, compliance culture, team efficiency and long-term business safety.
Requirements:
1. 10+ years of financial institution management experience, familiar with brokerage, asset management, wealth management, funds or capital markets.
2. Strong institutional client, HNW client, family office or capital market resources.
3. Experience in team build-out, KPI setting, P&L management and launching businesses from zero to one.
4. Able to balance business growth, regulatory boundaries, risk control and governance.
