Executive Support Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 1 onsite support for VIP users and critical business events.
- Provide deskside and meeting room support, including telephony and video conferencing systems.
- Support virtual/hybrid meetings (Teams, Webex, Zoom) and audio-visual facilities.
- Coordinate townhall and event support, including collaboration with internal IT
- Offer remote and onsite troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Resolve issues related to M365/O365, Windows OS, macOS, Android/iOS, and VC platforms (Teams, Webex, Zoom).
- Support network connectivity issues, including device configuration, LAN/WAN, VPN, and network printing.
- Act as standby/on-call support outside office hours and during holiday trading or weekend events.
- Provide bilingual support in Cantonese and English.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in deskside or technical support roles, with at least 2 years in senior or VIP support within large corporations.
- Experience in the financial services industry (FSI), including banking environments, is highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of desktop systems, networking, and general PC applications (Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft 365); experience supporting mobile devices such as iPhone, iPad, and Android.
- Strong understanding of network troubleshooting related to desktop and notebook connectivity issues.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
