Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day operations of staffs, including coordinating meal preparations, service, manpower allocation and front of house set up

• Manage inventory, ordering supplies and controlling costs to maintain operational efficiency

• Liaise with corporate management team to understand employee needs and preferences, make adjustment to the menu and service accordingly

• Handle customer feedback and complaints, implement measures to continuously improve services

• Prepare monthly operational and financial reports for senior management

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in F&B service operations management

• Strong leadership, people management and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities

• Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practices

• Proficient in financial management and data analysis

• Experienced in staff management and Japanese cultureis preferred

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, fluent Japanese is an advantage
