Role Overview:

We’re seeking a highly skilledMerchandiser (Women’s Wear)with a deep understanding of the merchandising process from product development to production. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication abilities, in-depth product and fabric knowledge, and solid technical expertise in garment construction.

Job Description: -

Handling Merchandising and Sampling jobs.

Knowledgeable in handling a wide range of fabrics: Woven & knits.

Effective coordination with Buying Offices/buyers for approvals and follow-ups.

Experienced in creating Cost Sheets.

Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing work culture and environment.

Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Enthusiastic personality, and a team player.

Hardworking and can handle work pressure.

Worked with reputable buyers.

Requirements:

Proven experience in merchandising or a related field.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
