Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

World coin collection and sales

· Actively greet customers, understand their needs, and provide professional world coin consultation.

· Responsible for product expansion in the Hong Kong industry, target customer development and follow-up, and maintenance

· Through autonomous exploration, the company develops market clues, various channel resources, exhibitions, etc., discovers and excavates potential customers, and promotes cooperation.

· Achieve sales targets and actively follow up on potential customers to increase conversion rates.

· Maintain customer relationships, provide quality after-sales service, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Participate in in-store product display, promotional activities and market promotion to enhance brand awareness.

· Provide timely feedback on customer needs and market information, and assist the team in optimizing sales strategies.

· Can travel for business.

Job Requirements

· Must have excellent business English communication skills, Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills.

· Outgoing and proactive personality, with excellent expression and persuasion skills.

· Have team spirit, be able to adapt to the fast-paced retail environment.

· Willing to continuously learn product knowledge.

· No experience required, the company will provide comprehensive product training and sales skills training.
