Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily financial documents processing, including invoices, journal entries, payment applications and reimbursement

• Assist in reconciliation, follow-up and verification of accounts receivable and accounts payable related to logistics operations

• Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow management

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and related analysis

• Handle invoice issuance, verification and declaration matters

• Responsible for payroll processing, including verification of attendance records, calculation of basic salary, overtime pay, allowances, MPF contributions, tax deductions and preparation of payroll reports to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement

• Assist in audit, tax inspection and internal control preparation

• Perform other financial and administrative duties as assigned by superiors
