Finance Officer (Full-Time / Part-Time (4 days) )

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Officer to support the financial operations of our NGO and social enterprises. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meaningful work and wants to grow their skills in a purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting duties including bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliation

• Assist in preparing monthly reports, budgets, and basic financial analysis

• Support audit and compliance processes, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy

• Assist in grant and donor reporting, maintaining clear and organized financial records

• Provide general administrative and ad hoc support as needed

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines

• Around 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred ; fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome

• Experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero) and Excel is an advantage

• Basic understanding of Hong Kong accounting practices is helpful

• Good communication skills in Chinese and English

• Responsible, organized and willing to learn
