Working range:

Practical learning

• Participate in daily operations, such as handling customer inquiries, product promotion, financial statement analysis, and investment portfolio monitoring, etc.

• Learning bank core products (such as deposits, loans, investment funds, insurance, structured products)

Customer service and business development

• Identify customer needs and provide basic financial solutions (such as financial planning, investment advice)

• Participate in promotional activities, expand new customers, and maintain customer relationships (especially in retail or wealth management).

• Handle daily transactions, account management, risk assessment, and compliance checks.

Financial analysis and reporting

• Assist in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and cost control.

• Prepare financial reports, key performance indicators (KPI) analysis, forecasts, and management reports.

• Participate in the establishment of financial models or investment evaluation.

Risk Management and Compliance

• Learning to manage operational risk, credit risk, and market risk.

• Ensure business compliance with regulatory requirements (HKMA, SFC, Insurance Authority guidelines).

• Participate in anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) procedures.

Training and professional development

• Attend classroom training: financial knowledge, product knowledge, soft skills (communication, leadership), market analysis, etc.

• Obtain relevant professional qualifications (such as IIQE Insurance Broker Examination, Securities Regulatory Commission license, CFA Level 1, Enhanced Competency Framework, etc.), and the company often provides funding.

• Accept one-on-one guidance from senior mentors, participate in projects or cross-departmental collaborations.
