Accountant / Financial Control Insurance Company (Stable Large Organisation)

Salary: HK$35,000 – 39,000 per month + Bonus

We are recruiting for a well-established insurance company seeking an experienced Accountant / Financial Control professional to join their finance team in a stable, long-term role.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations and month-end closing

• Prepare and manage annual budget, forecasts, and variance analysis

• Control and monitor procurement costs and expenses

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards

• Support financial reporting, audits, and ad-hoc finance projects

Requirements

• University degree holder (Accounting, Finance, or related discipline preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Must have prior accounting role experience in an insurance company (mandatory – candidates without insurance industry background will not be considered)

• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong accounting standards, insurance regulations, and financial controls

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently in a stable environment
