Responsibilities:

• Direct financial strategies, analysis, forecasting and budget
• Management, and assist with decision-making processes by creating reliable and relevant financial reports.
• Work predominantly in fields such as banking, financial services and larger corporations across diverse industries.
• Role is integral to the financial health of a business, as ensure all financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Managing the financial reporting of a company (including its income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements)
• Oversees all aspects of a business' financial management, including accounting processes, financial reporting and budget preparations.
• Overseeing the company's budgeting and forecasting, and analysing any discrepancies.
• Evaluating financial risks.
• Coordinating with other departments to gather data and understand the company's financial performance.
• Reviewing and proposing improvements to current accounting systems and procedures.
• Preparing financial reports for regulators, stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines;
• HKICPA or equivalent professional accountancy qualification is essential;
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in financial management and accountancy, with at least 3 years in senior position preferably with listed companies in Hong Kong; Ensuring compliance with relevant financial Hong Kong & all countries laws andregulations.
• Familiar with Hong Kong Listing Rules and labor laws;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
