Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) loan-related documents, including their review, organization, and archiving

• Enter loan information accurately and without error into the bank system, ensuring that data and file content are consistent

• Follow up on loan application progress, ensure all required documents are complete and comply with regulatory requirements

• Support the daily operation of the logistics office, execute other administrative and clerical tasks assigned by the supervisor

• Must be a university bachelor's degree graduate, preferably a student graduating in 2024 or 2025, majoring in business, finance or related subjects

• Have basic Microsoft Excel operations, able to handle simple data sorting and table creation

• Applicants with bank internship experience are preferred, especially those who have previously dealt with credit or logistics operations

• Fluent in Chinese and English writing, able to communicate basic needs in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

• Attention to detail and sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team spirit, able to adapt to repetitive but high-accuracy work

• Monthly salary HKD$19,500 or above, with excellent performance, you may receive a year-end bonus

• Weekly five-day work schedule, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:50 pm
