Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one fitness classes.
Track student progress and record training content.
Offer dietary & lifestyle advice to students.
Promote classes, services and promotions.
Reach monthly sales and revenue objectives by generating new sales, delivering excellent service, and ensuring client loyalty.
Support the daily functioning and focusing on customer interactions, exercise guidance, creating a positive atmosphere, and managing administrative responsibilities.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in sports or exercise science related disciplines
Must be Certified Personal Trainer (e.g. NSCA-CPT, NASM-CPT, etc.)
Specialization certifications preferred (e.g. First Aid Certificate)
Preferably experience in participating local or international Body Building / Boxing / Muay Thai competition
At least 1 year of experience in fitness industry
Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work on shift
Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
