Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to clients' goals, fitness levels, and health conditions
- Provide one-on-one and group training sessions with proper exercise technique, safety protocols, and motivational support
- Educate clients on nutrition fundamentals, lifestyle habits, and injury prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate client progress records, including assessments, session notes, and goal adjustments
- Promote studio or facility services through professional engagement, referrals, and community outreach initiatives
- Certification from a nationally accredited organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, or ISSA)
- Valid CPR/AED certification with current liability insurance
- Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in personal training or fitness instruction
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills with a client-centered approach
- Knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, program design principles, and basic health screening procedures
