Requirement:
Customer Service - Air Freight Import
- F.6 or above, fresh graduates will be considered
- 1 to 2 years working experience in Air Freight Forwarders
- Cantonese, English and conversational Mandarin
Good PC knowledge
- Fast learner, dynamic, self-motivated, responsible, team player- Familiar with trade declaration, air, ocean and cross border trucking shipping procedure,logical mindset
Job Description:
- Assist Operations Prime to perform daily operations- Handle customers' requirements independently when required- Coordinate and communicate with partners, customers and colleagues
- Prepare reports
- Ad hoc assignments by supervisor
Working Location: ATL, Kwai Chung, NT
