Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for buying and selling residential properties in the Kowloon district and assisting customers in finding suitable units

• Through the resources and training provided by the company, learn real estate market analysis and customer demand matching skills

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance personal and team performance

• Regularly update market information, understand real estate dynamics, and provide customers with timely and accurate advice

• Grade Five graduation or above, with secondary school diploma certificate, no need for relevant work experience, welcome newcomers to the industry

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong or hold a valid Hong Kong work visa (including Talent Pass, Elite Pass, IANG, Dependent visa, etc.)

• Passionate about the real estate industry, willing to accept long-term development, and with good stress resistance ability

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, understand English and Mandarin is preferred, with basic computer operating skills
