Job Responsibilities

• Assist the decorator to complete the on-site basic work, including moving construction materials, clearing construction waste, cleaning the site and sorting tools.

• Assist in the execution of simple renovation auxiliary operations, such as auxiliary support during the demolition and reconstruction process, preliminary treatment of walls and floors (such as scraping off old coatings, roughening the base layer, and leveling), and strictly following the instructions of the master.

• Fluent in Cantonese, able to clearly understand instructions and respond immediately in a local construction site environment; basic listening and speaking skills in Mandarin are preferred.

• Applicants with construction worker experience are preferred, familiar with common interior construction procedures (such as masonry, carpentry, and pre- and post-painting auxiliary stages) and basic construction site safety rules.

• Work attitude is serious and responsible, discipline is strong, respect for masters and colleagues, and basic team spirit and obedience.

• Implement shift work, with a monthly guarantee of 6 days of fixed rest, ensuring basic labor rights and a balanced life rhythm.
