Provide friendly and professional customer service in person, via phone and whatsapp, for a flower shop located in Central, Hong Kong.

Process enquiries and orders taking accurately and efficiently—provide professional recommendations and order follow-up,—ensuring timely and error-free execution.

Maintain up-to-date customer records and preferences to enable personalized service and targeted promotions.

Collaborate closely with florists and delivery staff to meet customer request, resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly and maintain high service standards.

Assist with inventory coordination support.

Record customer feedbacks and share insights with management and team for service and workflow enhancement.

experience in florist shop and/ or face to face retail is preferred

Minimum 3–5 years of frontline customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or sales.

Fluent in both Cantonese and English; strong verbal and written communication skills with a courteous, proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.

good organization, multitasking and time management skills

Familiarity with POS systems, CRM platforms, and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace); basic knowledge of floral industry practices is a plus.

Eligible to work in Hong Kong under one of the following: Hong Kong Permanent Resident status, High Talent Pass Scheme, Quality Migrant Admission Scheme, IANG visa, Dependent Visa, or other valid employment authorization.

Floral knowledge is advantageous

Competitive monthly salary ranging from HK$18,000 to HK$23,000, plus sales based bonus after probation, commensurate with experience and performance.
