Main responsibilities

• Through effective strategies to enhance sales performance and achieve revenue targets

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient operation

• Establish and maintain solid B2B partnerships to expand business opportunities

• Lead, motivate and support the store operations team to provide exceptional customer experiences

• Analyze sales data and market trends, identify growth opportunities and implement improvement measures

• Ensure all areas of the store meet company standards and operational excellence requirements

We are looking for the following candidates:

• Have experience in sales operations and management or related leadership positions

• Have strong B2B sales capabilities, able to achieve challenging sales targets

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Highly enthusiastic, proactive, and results-oriented work attitude

• Have good analysis and problem-solving skills

• Able to perform well in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

• Need to be based in the store for management, operations and team, and handle sudden and temporary support needs

Requirements (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related sciences (preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of retail sales and operations management experience

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Familiar with MS Office and retail management system
