Herbalgy, a renowned Hong Kong-based FMCG company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.

About the Role:

As a Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing strategy and execution for our diverse product portfolio. Reporting directly to the department head, you will be responsible for :

Key Responsibilities :

l Develop and implement effective marketing plans and campaigns to achieve sales and brand objectives

l Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities

l Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product development, operations) to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives

l Oversee the execution of marketing activities, including content creation, media planning, and event management

l Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization

l Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our competitive edge

Requirements :

l Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

l 3-5 years of experience in marketing/brand management in the FMCG industry

l Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights

l Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders

l Creative and strategic mindset, with a keen eye for detail

l Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

l Passion for the FMCG industry and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment

l Candidate with less experience will be considered as senior marketing officer.
