Staff Management:

  • Supervising and training bar staff.

  • Ensuring the bar is stocked, clean, and well-organized.

  • Conducting inventory counts and placing orders.

  • Managing beverage sales, including tracking and reporting.

  • Implementing new drink menus or promotions.

Financial & Administrative:

  • Assisting with budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.

  • Monitoring sales performance and working to achieve financial targets.

Leadership:

  • Supporting operations manager and the broader management team.

  • Acting as a role model with a "can-do" attitude.

  • Contributing to the overall strategic vision and operational goals.

Food And Beverage Supervisor

Work function: Bar/ beverage employee

Employment type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train bar staff to ensure the team has professional service skills and knowledge.

  • Lead the team in executing daily operations, including bar cleaning, supplies replenishment, and equipment maintenance, to maintain high standards of cleanliness and order.

  • Regularly conduct inventory counts, accurately place orders based on consumption, effectively control costs and avoid stockouts.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of new-style snacks and wine lists.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial budgets, analyze sales data, and propose improvement suggestions to achieve revenue targets.

  • Actively participate in management meetings and provide suggestions for improving service quality and operating efficiency.

Work requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of bar or restaurant management experience, familiar with the bar operation process.

  • Have good leadership skills, able to effectively motivate the team, boost morale and establish a positive work atmosphere.

  • Familiar with inventory management and purchasing processes, with cost control awareness and practical operations.

  • Have basic financial knowledge, be able to read sales reports, profit analysis and budget documents.

  • Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to interact smoothly with employees and management at all levels.

  • Willing to work shifts at night, weekends, and public holidays.
