Job Description
- Responsible for developing and optimizing product packaging processes and standards to ensure packaging operations meet production requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure that packaging progress is closely connected to production, warehousing, etc.
- Monitor the use of packaging materials, propose improvement suggestions to reduce costs and improve resource utilization.
- Regularly evaluate and improve packaging processes, driving the development of packaging standardization and automation.
- College degree or above, logistics management, industrial engineering or related professional preferred.
- More than 3 years of packaging management experience, those with manufacturing industry background are given priority.
- Familiar with packaging processes and related equipment operations, understand the common characteristics and applications of packaging materials.
- Have good organizational and coordination skills and team management skills, and be able to effectively promote cross-departmental collaboration.
- Work seriously and responsibly, with strong problem analysis and solving skills, and able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
