Job Responsibilities:
-Team leadership: Assist the manager in leading and managing the food production team.
-Production planning: Develop and implement production plans, workflows, and resource plans to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
-Production monitoring: Monitor production processes and quality to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
-New product development: Participate in new product development, including formula formulation, process optimization, and pilot production; ensure that the improvement plan is consistent with quality, cost, and production targets.
-Inventory and shipping management: Collaborate with warehouse department to manage inventory, raw material replenishment orders, and arrange daily shipments to retail stores.
-Excellence culture cultivation: Cultivate a culture of safety, quality and operational excellence among factory employees.
Requirements:
-At least 3 years or more of management experience.
-Preference will be given to those with relevant food processing safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.
-Understand Chinese quickly/Cangjie input method and MS Office operations
-Good Cantonese, English
Working hours:
-8:30 am to 5:30 pm, working 8 hours a day, 6 days a month, rotating
