Position Name: Sales Supervior (Frozen Food)

• Responsible for sales promotion and market expansion of fast-moving consumer goods (especially frozen food)
• Develop and implement sales plans to ensure that we meet the sales targets set by the company
• Maintain good relationships with customers, understand their needs and provide corresponding products and services support
• Regularly visit customers, collect market information, analyze market dynamics and propose corresponding strategies
• Collaborate with other departments to drive product optimization and sales process improvement

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the food and beverage industry, those with food sales or commodity management experience are preferred
• Have good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Chinese and English
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented, with a goal-oriented mindset and proactive work attitude
• Proficient in the use of computers and MS Office office software (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experienced salespeople may consider promotion to senior sales manager
