Little Warriors Program Lead (Ages 2–4 )| Football & Mandarin Immersion)
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and motivated Program Lead to develop and grow our Little Warriors early childhood program. This role focuses on curriculum design, Mandarin language immersion, coach collaboration, and long‑term program growth beyond day‑to‑day coaching
Key Responsibilities
• Design and refine an engaging, age‑appropriate football and movement curriculum for ages 2–4
• Lead Mandarin language immersion within sessions (native level required)
• Collaborate with and train coaches to ensure program quality and consistency
• Create clear documentation (curriculum, session plans, coaching guidelines)
• Support program growth, coach onboarding, and quality control
• Coordinate with external support for social media and community presence
Compensation
Hourly pay plus revenue‑sharing incentives based on program growth and performance
Required Qualifications
• Native Mandarin speaker with strong English communication skills
• Experience working with young children aged 2–5
• Strong interest in early childhood development, movement, and education
• Organized, proactive, and able to build and scale programs independently
Preferred Background
• Early childhood education, sports education, or related field
• Youth football, movement training, or play‑based learning experience
• Program development or leadership experience
Personal Attributes
Warm, patient, creative, and enthusiastic about working with young children. Strong sense of ownership and long‑term vision
