Job Summary

We are seeking a (Senior) Customer Analytics & Data Science Manager to build AI-driven strategic solutions for personal banking business. You will develop, refine and govern Generative AI, Agentic AI and machine learning models aligned with business goals and regulatory standards, evaluate AI vendors, and uncover new business & targeting opportunities powered by cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design actionable AI strategic solutions for personal banking using Generative AI, Agentic AI, Reinforcement Learning and Machine Learning.

2. Partner with cross-functional teams, capture business requirements and translate them into technical AI solutions.

3. Build and continuously optimise AI models to satisfy business targets and regulatory compliance requirements.

4. Source, assess and manage AI vendors; handle escalations to guarantee high-quality deliverables and on-time delivery.

5. Discover new revenue opportunities and customer targeting strategies leveraging latest AI advancement.

6. Keep track of emerging AI trends and technologies.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.

2. Minimum 4 years of experience in analytics, modelling, ML / AI / Generative AI, including at least 1 year managerial experience.

3. Banking, Financial Services or FinTech background is preferred.

4. Practical knowledge in embedding, RAG, prompting and LLM fine-tuning; experience in search / recommendation system is a plus.

5. Hands-on experience on ML / GenAI risk and control governance is a plus.

6. Strong business acumen and deep understanding of personal banking market, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.

7. Fluent written & spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

8. Highly experienced candidates will be considered for Senior grade.
