Job Responsibilities:

1. Design a monthly QSC inspection and supervision plan for Hong Kong's regional franchise cooperation stores to ensure that all standards are effectively implemented.

2. Supervise chain stores to implement the product quality, operating procedures and environmental hygiene standards set by the headquarters, maintain brand image and enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Conduct training and acceptance work for newly opened stores in the jurisdiction to ensure that they meet the headquarters' requirements and smoothly operate.

4. Collect and analyze the problems that arise in the operation of each store, propose specific improvement measures, focus on counseling and follow-up on stores with poor business performance, and assist in improving business performance.

5. Complete other related work tasks assigned by superiors and achieve the company's work goals.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience as a chain store manager or related management position, familiar with the retail industry operating model.

2. Familiar with the daily operation process of chain stores, and have a deep understanding of product standardization management and quality control.

3. Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to efficiently handle cross-departmental affairs and solve unexpected problems.

4. Able to adapt to frequent business trips, with strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, and able to maintain a professional attitude under pressure.

5. Proficient in using office software (such as Microsoft Office), with basic data analysis skills to support decision making.
