Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer checkout service during the night shift, accurately handling cash, credit card, and various electronic payments (including Octopus, Alipay, etc.)

• Proficient in operating the POS system, quickly completing product scanning, price verification, and bill printing, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process

• Stay calm during high traffic periods, effectively manage queue crowds, and maintain good customer order and service quality

• Assist in handling customer inquiries and basic complaints, provide polite and professional instant responses, and enhance the nighttime consumption experience

Work requirements

• One or more years of retail, dining or service industry cash register work experience, those with night shift service experience are preferred

• Proficient in operating various POS cash register systems, able to quickly and accurately execute operations such as change, exchange and discount calculations

• High sense of responsibility and integrity, clear separation of public and private, and strict adherence to financial discipline and company operations

• Good communication skills, sincere and polite attitude, and patient in responding to different types of customers’ needs and questions

• Able to speak basic English and Mandarin, able to have simple conversations to cater to diverse customer groups
