Job Description

Recruit a drug chemist with complete small molecule drug IND application experience. Manage CRO in existing projects, lead the design, synthesis and optimization of small molecule drugs. Candidates need to have a deep understanding of respiratory, cardiovascular and immune diseases and related targets, as well as advanced drug development experience such as PROTAC and molecular glue, to drive the development and clinical translation of innovative drugs.

Main responsibilities:

1. As the core responsible person of the project, I am fully responsible for the whole process of small molecule drug design, synthesis and IND application

2. Design and optimize small molecule candidates targeting the lungs and cardiovascular system

3. Lead and execute complex small molecule synthesis routes, supporting the construction of an innovative drug platform

4. Apply PROTAC and molecular glue technology to drive new drug development projects

5. Cross-departmental collaboration, coordinate biological, pharmacological, pharmacokinetic teams, ensure project progress smoothly

6. Write and review drug development-related technical documents and IND application materials

Requirements:

 Drug chemistry, organic chemistry or related professional doctoral degree, preferably with more than 3 years of work experience

 Have complete experience as the main responsible person for small molecule drug IND projects, familiar with the IND application process and relevant regulations

In-depth understanding and practical experience of pulmonary and cardiovascular diseases and their key targets

Have experience in PROTAC and molecular glue drug design and synthesis R&D

• Proficient in complex organic synthesis and structure optimization, familiar with NMR, LC-MS, HPLC, etc. analytical methods

Excellent project management and team collaboration skills, with cross-departmental communication and coordination experience

Good English reading and writing skills, able to independently write professional research and application materials
